Wedding Invitation Customization

Welcome to the fun part of the process - the customization of your wedding invitation suite package!

Please read through everything carefully and fill in all fields to the best of your ability. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to send me a message!

PLEASE NOTE - All invitation suite samples and sampler charts are printed in my home studio on heavy white matte cover stock unless otherwise noted when ordering. Colors can vary slightly between different items, different paper stocks and different press runs (even within the same print method) so please allow for the possibility of very slight variances from sample/chart.

If you have not ordered a sample invitation suite or a sampler package I strongly recommend doing so before finalizing your customization choices for colors and paper options. This will allow you to feel and see our products up close and choose colors that best fit your big day!

View my current color chart HERE. Colors viewed strictly online should be considered approximate (see below). Colors may also vary slightly depending on the paper/cover stock you choose for the final product.

PLEASE NOTE: I highly recommend having a printed color chart from me on hand (included in all Sample Invitation suites and also in my Paper Sampler) to choose your colors most accurately. Colors may vary between what you see online and the actual printed product so I cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor will match the printed product. The calibrations of your monitor and what type of computer you use can affect how the colors appear online when viewing the final proof.

If you have a specific color in mind that is not on my color chart let me know - I will do my very best to match it for a small fee! (either through a photo or website or snail mail!)

Invitation Quantity*
How many invitation suites did you need?

I recommend ordering a minimum of 10-15 extra to account for last minute add-ons, invites possibly lost in the mail and some to save as keepsakes. If you need to re-order more invitations at a later date minimum quantities apply.
Invitation Style*
Would you like to a add a custom seal/tag to your suite?*
Custom Seals/Tags are 2" cover stock squares designed to coordinate perfectly with your invitation suite!

Can be added to belly band (additional upgrade) or directly to the front of pocketfold suites if a belly band is not added.

White or Cream Cover Stock?*
Paper / Cover Stock Choice
Used for the invitation panel card, response card and any other enclosures you may add!

Samples of each stock included with every sample invitation suite order. If you haven't ordered a sample invitation suite first I highly recommend ordering my paper sample kit if you plan on upgrading (which also includes a small color chart!). This allows you to feel each of our luxurious paper options first hand! My paper sampler kit can be found in the "Add-Ons"/Misc Section of my shop/store! Please Note - If you choose to upgrade your cover stock full bleeds/print-to-edge borders are unavailable for some of the darker/more saturated colors (especially black). In these situations a small white border will be added to ensure a crisp clean edge! (White border will be visible in proof/sample design so you will see what the final print will look like.)

Guest Addressing Set Up
Please prepare a spreadsheet of your guest addresses for us and upload it here! Please be sure to triple check for spelling and punctuation as I am not responsible for errors that were sent over to me! It is always best to have another set of eyes check it as well (friends or family) to be absilutely sure! (If it is not ready yet you can e-mail it to me at a later date)
Would you like to a add Belly Band/Wrap? (Add $0.80-$1.20 per suite)*
Belly Bands/Wraps are available in many different patterns and colors so they can designed to coordinate perfectly with your invitation suite!

Would you like to add envelope liners?*
Envelope liners are available in many different patterns and colors so they can designed to coordinate perfectly with your invitation suite! *Arrive fully assembled*

Solid/Metallic - 5″x7″ or 6″x6″:
25-49 suites – Add $1 per envelope
50+ suites- Add $0.75 per envelope

Glitter Liners - 5″x7″ ONLY:
25-49 suites – Add $2.20 per envelope
50+ suites- Add $1.80 per envelope

PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to add envelope liners it is recommended that you also add on Outer Envelopes for mailing. Liners are adhered to the flap of each envelope so if your guest opens the envelope from the top instead of opening the flap the liner will be cut in half leaving the bottom half loose. Adding an outer envelope for mailing allows the inner envelope to remain unglued so the guest doesn't bother cutting or ripping it open!

What happens now?
If I have all the necessary info to get started on your invitation suite design a sample/proof should be over to you within 2-3 business days (M-F, not including weekends or holidays). If I need any further information from you I will be in touch! Please contact me if you have any questions or changes.

Once the design has final approval and all of the customizations have been finalized I will create a final listing for you to pay the remaining balance due.

ONCE YOU GIVE FINAL APPROVAL OF PROOFS THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER REVIEW OF YOUR ORDER FOR SPELLING, PUNCTUATION OR CONTENT.

By giving final approval of all proofs you agree that you have reviewed all text for errors and omissions and that all text and design will appear exactly as shown. Please note that proofs are used to ensure the accuracy of your order; any errors or omissions (e.g. typos) on the approved proofs are the responsibility of the client. Please note that we cannot accept returns of items printed according to approved proofs. Once final approval has been given there are absolutely NO refunds or returns. Charges apply to any reprints of approved items.

When payment for the final balance is received your order will be sent to the printer. Please allow an additional 3-5 weeks from final approval for printing and assembly before shipping (unless another timeline has already been discussed).

All orders ship priority mail which typically takes 2-3 days domestically and 10-15 days internationally.
